• On another note, we do not automatically take on everyone who wants to be our client. If we believe that we can not meet your expectations in every way, then we will graciously decline your business.

Debbie Ross - Partner - CFO 

Debbie graduated from Texas A & M and successfully managed a multi-state region for one of the largest staffing companies in the U.S. until she opened her own company. After she met Dale, she became one of the teams top selling agents and the Chief Financial Officer for the team.

 

Ashley Blake - Client Relations and Negotiations Manager

Ashley Blake is a native Houstonian who currently resides in Cypress, Texas. Blake has been a professional negotiator for three years and has successfully closed more than 300 transactions in that time. Blake says the best part of her job is sharing the joy her clients experience when buying or selling a home. Blake is married and has one daughter.

 

Michele Razzano - Associate Partner

Michele Razzano is a seasoned buyer representative with a degree in Business Management Concentration in Accounting and Finance. She has earned several professional accreditations including Buyer Representative, Luxury Home Specialist, New Home Sales as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification. Razzano possess the skills and knowledge that will work to your advantage during your real estate transaction.

Carrie Rinaca - Associate Partner

In 1996, Carrie Rinaca started her real estate career in Austin, where she worked closely with top ranked agents for more than nine years. When Rinaca moved to Katy in 2004, she felt right at home. She joined The Dale Ross Team, and became a senior Associate Partner in 2008. Rinaca’s strengths include sales experience, a keen attention to detail, a drive for positive results and superior real estate knowledge.

Samantha Villarreal - Marketing Manager

Samantha brings over 16 years of real estate experience to the team. She is an expert at coordinating multi-media marketing and meeting customer service needs throughout each transaction.
